Beautiful rooftop views for breakfast, a lovely start.
The bathroom facilities were very basic. There was no mirror or sufficient space for personal items. I found it frustrating that towels were not replaced immediately, and there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail.

Really good location just steps from the vibrant medina, situated near a beautiful courtyard perfect for relaxation. The air conditioning in the room was a true lifesaver during the hot weather, and the staff displayed a amazing level of friendliness, ensuring every request was met. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was disappointing, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable at times were great. Accessing this hotel can be tricky without proper directions, as the entrance lacks visible signage.

Excellent service and location
I stayed for 5 nights and found that the service was great, particularly thanks to Steeven, who was always cute and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything I needed, including AC, a lifesaver during the hot days. Located just a short walk from the medina, it was easy to explore, and the peaceful courtyard ensured a restful sleep. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety in breakfast options after a few days.

The authentic look and feel of Riad Salma captivated me. The location couldn't be better, just a quick 5-minute walk to the medina, perfect for exploring. Each morning, Moroccan breakfast was served on the beautiful rooftop. Dinner was also good, showcasing tasty local dishes. I found the bed to be hard. It wasn't comfortable for sleeping. Having to request amenities like the kettle and hair dryer for each use was inconvenient. I encountered a strong musty smell in the bathroom and some issues like dampness and black mold, which definitely needs attention. The hot water was inconsistent, especially during peak times, and there were occasional noises from the boiler, which affected the peace at night. Despite these drawbacks, I was really impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff were good. They made a difference!
